Returns and Refunds

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when we receive the returned item. We will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
For PayPal refunds, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to process and appear in your account. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. We have no control over PayPal's processing times.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must submit a claim within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted. To submit a claim, contact [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will review your claim and, if approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. You must return the damaged or defective item if requested.
